BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

The Kidz Club is designed to meet the unique needs of the Rosary School students. It provides a safe and appealing place for our students to go hefore and after school hours. The club is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-8:10 a.m. and 3:15-6:00 p.m. The service can be reached at 525-2626 during operating hours. Prior to the 3:15 p.m. opening time, messages for the director may be left at the school office 525-9272.

Kidz Club provides daily opportunities for healthy after-school snacks, study time, relaxation, games, and physical fitness.

Monthly fees are due on the 15th of each month, with the first payment oof the school year due on the first day of school with the last payment on April 15 for a total of 9 monthly payments.. Children must be picked up by the 6 p.m. closing time. There is a late charge of $1.00 for every minute that a child is left after 6 p.m. Grade cards will be held for outstanding accounts.

Parents are required to sign a contract that is an agreement to pay fees as well as a notification for specific days needed for child care. Any changes in the designated days for childcare must be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the director. Fees can be pro-rated for part-time participation.

The program is self-supporting. The paid fee is to reserve a place in the program for your child, not for services rendered. There is no charge for holidays listed on the school calendar. However, you will be charged for the entire week even if your child is absent. Drop-ins are accepted, by prior arrangement with the director, only in the case of an emergency.

This program is in direct connection with Rosary School and the same rules, policies, and procedures will be observed. The director has the right to terminate any membership for repeated infractions after appropriate warnings.
