CHECK-IN, ATTENDANCE, AND OUT-OF-PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

Students must check in with the director upon arrival at Kids Club each day. Check in is required before going to other activities (piano, scouts, sports). Running Club and Soccer Shots will be activities students will have the opportunity to sign up to participate in. Please keep in mind that these are “Opt In” activities so you will need to sign your student(s) up and YOU are responsible for payment. More information to follow on dates and times for these specialized activities.

Students who leave the program early, without a parent/guardian, to attend some other activity must have a written statement of permission from the parent/guardian. Your student will not be allowed to leave Kids Club based on arrangements made with another student during the day without your permission.

DAILY SIGN-OUT

Students will be released only to parents/guardians or to designated people for whom parents have submitted written permission. Proper identification will be required.  The adult with whom the student is leaving must sign out the student.

DISCIPLINE PLAN

Students are expected to use self-control, choosing behaviors which are appropriate and acceptable. Kids Club will follow the same discipline policies and procedures as Rosary School.

PHONE CALLS

Students may make and receive phone calls in emergencies only. We request that you communicate with your child the plan for leaving Kids Club before school. If you need to contact your student, please do so though Kids Club director or front office.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please label all of your student’s belongings, including uniforms, clothes, backpacks, lunch boxes, etc.  Kids Club is not responsible for lost items.  Any “lost” items are put on the check-out table for you.  Once a week the items not claimed are taken to the Lost and Found area of Rosary School.

Toys, electronics, and trading cards are not allowed at Kids Club.  If your student has a cell phone, then they must adhere to the Rosary School policy that the cell phone must remain out of sight. Rosary School Discipline Policy will apply for any student caught with a cell phone.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

Kids Club has an emergency contact binder provided by the front office. You MUST notify Kids Club of changes in these numbers.

HOMEWORK
