MISSION STATEMENT
Through Kids Club, Rosary provides a safe and fun space students can go to after school. There are opportunities for each student to relax, socialize, have a snack, and do homework.
Snacks are provided daily. Students K-8th grade will be provided with a daily designated time to complete homework. Special daily/weekly activities such as arts/crafts time, movie day, and trivia day will be special bonus “fun days” for students. Outdoor play activities are open to the students daily as well as the gym and cafeteria.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Kids Club starts at 3:15pm and ends promptly at 6:00pm. Kids Club is closed on the days that Rosary School is closed.
On December 18, March 26, and May 27 Rosary School will dismiss at noon. Kids Club will be available from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on those days for any student who signs up in advance (watch the Bulldog for notice of when to sign up for those days). The total price for all 3 days will be $350 per child. That price will include lunch and a snack.

CHECK-IN, ATTENDANCE, AND OUT-OF-PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
Students must check in with the adult in charge upon arrival at Kids Club each day. Check in is required before going to other activities (piano, Scouts, sports). Running Club volunteers will come get the students on Running Club days.
Students who leave the program early, without a parent/guardian, to attend some other activity must have a written statement of permission from the parent/guardian. Your student will not be allowed to leave Kids Club based on arrangements made with another student during the day without your permission.
DAILY SIGN-OUT
Students will be released only to parents/guardians or to designated people for whom parents have submitted written permission. Proper identification will be required. The adult with whom the student is leaving must sign out the student.
DISCIPLINE PLAN
Students are expected to use self-control, choosing behaviors which are appropriate and acceptable. Kids Club will follow the same discipline policies and procedures as Rosary School.
PHONE CALLS
Students may make and receive phone calls in emergencies only. We request that you communicate with your child the plan for leaving Kids Club before school. If you need to contact your student, please do so through the On-site Coordinator or front office. Students will not be allowed to have their cell phones during Kids Club hours.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Please label all of your student’s belongings, including uniforms, clothes, backpacks, lunch boxes, etc. Kids Club is not responsible for lost items. Any “lost” items are put on the check-out table for you. Once a week the items not claimed are taken to the Lost and Found area of Rosary School.
Toys, electronics, and trading cards are not allowed at Kids Club. If your student has a cell phone, the cell phone must remain out of sight in their backpack. Rosary School Discipline Policy will apply for any student caught with a cell phone.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
Kids Club has an emergency contact binder provided by the front office. You MUST notify Kids Club of changes in these numbers.
HOMEWORK
There will be a designated homework table(s) for those students who wish to complete homework before going outside.
All homework assignments are the responsibility of the student and the parents/guardians. The Kids Club staff will not know the homework assignments. If you want your student to complete his/her homework at Kids Club, you must let the On-site Coordinator know.
Please make sure that your student has the proper classroom supplies such as books, notebooks, homework assignments, etc. Students will not be able to return to the classroom for missing materials once they are dismissed for Kids Club. Pencils and paper will be provided by Kids Club, if needed.
FOOD SERVICE
Kids Club serves snacks every day. Our schedule for serving snacks is usually from 3:45 to 4:00pm. Special diets prescribed by a doctor should be reported at registration/enrollment. Unless your student has a medical need, all food will be served and consumed during the designated time.
Only food served by Kids Club may be consumed at Kids Club. Please do not send snack food with your student to eat during this time as it will not be permitted.
PAYMENT AND FEES
Payments for Kids Club fees will be paid through your FACTS Family Portal. Parents/guardians of Kids Club students are responsible for payment for all days enrolled in the program. The fee schedule is included in this booklet.
The 2026-27 price increase reflects the cost involved in securing our SRO for the duration of Kids Club hours.
Kids Club invoices will be billed on the 1st of each month with payment due 10 days after the invoice is received. A $25 late fee will be assessed on day 11th day if payment is not received by the 10th day after receiving the invoice.
You must pay for the days that your student is enrolled in the program, even if your student does not attend every day. Fees are based on full-time enrollment. There is no prorating of fees. Please notify the On-site Coordinator if you are not going to be using Kids Club for an extended period.
Failure to make payment to Kids Club will result in termination of your student’s participation in the Kids Club program.
